Cooled and stabilised milk samples are sent by HBLFA für Landwirtschaft und Ernährung, Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie Tirol, which also provides the reference values; the results, which you may forward online, are evaluated by Agrarmarkt Austria (AMA).
